Did not get my login

Because Varolo relies on email to verify a users account there can be problems. Often these emails end up in SPAM folders or other filters that prevent our users from getting them. Furthermore, when you send a support request and we repond to it, you may not get the reply for the same reason. It is further complicated when users then attempt to reset their passwords, which again is not received due to email filters.

As a result, some users believe we are not being responsive when in reality we have tried everything we can to communicate with them via email. If you are not getting email communications from Varolo, here is what you should do.

1) Be sure to add contactus@varolo.com to your safe senders list. Another method to do this is to manually send an email to contactus@varolo.com.

2) Either use the online contact form or send an email to contactus@varolo.com letting us know you didn’t get the confirmation email. Include your telephone number so we can have an alternative method to reach you if email continues to be a problem.
